What's new on your Water & Sewer bill?
- The Water and Sewer Department has changed to a lockbox payment system. Your payment will go to a P.O. Box in Hartford where our bank will pick up the payments and process them on a daily basis.
- Checks can now be made out to ELWS. This will make check writing simpler.
- The address to send your payment to is now a Hartford P.O. Box.
- Advantages of the lockbox: Quicker deposits to the bank account, automated account credit, electronic check imaging, labor savings and segregation of duties for the utility.
