All streetlights in the Town of East Lyme are maintained by Connecticut Light & Power (CL&P). Streetlight poles are numbered. The number is located on a metal plate at eye-level and will be labelled as a CL&P or SNET pole with the number. To report a streetlight problem or outage the following information will be required:
- Street name
- Nearest house number
- Closest intersecting street
- Pole number
Once this information is gathered the problem can be reported to CL&P. Be sure to check the ˜Contact Me By E-Mail" box and fill in your address if you would like to receive e-mail notification of the status of your request.
