Thomas Lee House Garden The Irma Carstens and Helen Gilbert Memorial Herb Garden is traditional Bird Foot garden typical of the period of the Thomas Lee house. Paths are maintained with crushed shells and the beds are edged with plantings. It features a simple arbor with bench for visitors to enjoy the surrounding woodlands. This garden is maintained and nurtured by East Lyme Garden Club.
