Town of East Lyme, CT

            First Selectman Paul M. Formica attended and spoke at the Explorers Commencement at Cadet Police Academy at the University of West Hartford on Saturday, July 31, 2010. He congratulated all that had successfully completed the week-long training and wished them good luck in the future. He commended East Lyme Police Office Mark Hallbauer and Director of the Explorer’s for the Town of East Lyme.
